About ACE Lawn & Landscape, Locally Owned in Tuscarawas County, Ohio

I founded ACE Lawn & Landscape in 2022 when I was just 15 years old with one simple goal: to raise the standard of customer service within the landscaping industry. I saw an opportunity to build a company that focused not only on quality work, but also on professionalism, communication, and genuine relationships with customers.

I started with a pickup truck, a few pieces of equipment that my dad was generous enough to loan me, and a strong work ethic. While I was still a sophomore in high school, I went door to door handing out business cards and introducing myself to homeowners throughout the community. My first job was mowing my mom's hair salon, followed by one of my teacher's properties with nothing more than a push mower. Before I even had my driver's license, I had a friend who was helping me at the time drive me from yard to yard so I could complete the work.

The name "ACE" originally stood for Affordable Clean Environment, but as the company grew, the name took on a meaning of its own. Today, ACE represents quality, integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

One of the biggest turning points came during my senior year of high school. Instead of following the traditional path to college, I made the decision to go all in on ACE. I believed in the vision I had for the company and committed myself fully to building it. A year later, I purchased my first sub-compact loader, allowing us to take on larger, more complex projects and continue expanding our capabilities.

As word spread, so did the business. Customers consistently complimented not only the quality of our work but also the professionalism, communication, and overall experience we provided. By our third year, I had begun hiring multiple employees, and today we proudly operate multiple highly trained crews dedicated to serving homeowners throughout our community.

As a faith-based company, I believe landscaping is about far more than creating beautiful outdoor spaces. It's about serving people with integrity, building lasting relationships, and making life a little easier for the families we serve. From answering the phone and meeting customers in person to providing timely estimates, honoring our commitments, and delivering exceptional workmanship, my goal has always been to create an experience that exceeds expectations from start to finish. I want every customer to feel like family and walk away with complete confidence that they chose the right company.
